What are the special features of Qizhe models?
We design and produce the PCB in-house, which is crucial for product quality. Our devices have a much longer lifespan due to the high-quality PCB. All models are protected by appearance and technology patents.
What shipping methods are available?
Shipping can be done by sea, air, or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.). Please confirm your preferred method with us before placing your order.
What are your terms and conditions for payment?
When we provide a quotation, we will confirm the trade terms (FOB, CIF, CNF, or others) with you. For mass production, we usually require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due upon presentation of the bill of lading. The most common payment method is T/T, but L/C is also accepted.
What after-sales support do you offer?
We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including warranty services, troubleshooting assistance, and replacement parts as needed.
